Having been an employee for someone else almost all my working life, and even though I knew 100% it was time to go it alone, I still had that small element of doubt, this is obviously a natural emotion after working with a safety net for so long.

Make sure to fill a time sheet in to record your hours, with you being the boss you can be pretty versatile how you set up your hours, however if you take a day off then those hours need to be made up by month end.

Get dressed for work as you did before; Put a daily reminder on your phone or personal computer reminding you of your mission statement to help keep you focused.
